El Niño and Peruvian table grapes export

The effects of El Niño are becoming apparent on Peruvian table grapes. Exports are down 18% compared to last Nov. Similarly, mango exports are down. In contrast, blueberry exports, which started the season low, are now higher.

Overall from Jun to Nov 2023-24 vs. 2022-23:
*Table grape exports are 24% higher (468 vs. 379 million USD)
*Blueberry exports are 3% lower (1079 vs. 1114 million USD)
*Mango exports are 42% lower (12.1 vs. 20.9 million USD)
